1st Metropolitan Builders has developed a gated community development consisting of 51 lots ranging in size from 1/3 to over 1 acre. The development incorporates all of the undeveloped land to the west of White Oak Avenue into a single, cohesive development. |

1st Metropolitan has developed a true neighborhood. In achieving this we planned lushly landscaped open spaces to enhance the community. The centerpiece is a large pond encircled by home sites. The community also includes a 35 foot wide landscaped berm with an aesthetically pleasing stone and wrought iron fence along White Oak Avenue (east side). The north and south perimeters of the development also include a beautiful wrought iron fence. Unlike other gated communities, the neighborhood will have sidewalks and a wide street which encourage homeowners to enjoy the green spaces of the development. To promote the neighborhood concept, 1st Metropolitan also plans to establish a homeowners’ association. Each homeowner will have an ownership interest in the common spaces, and a vote in neighborhood business. |
